This was my first visit to Maura's Kitchen at the new location, and I left feeling quite disappointed. The ceviche was edible, mainly thanks to the spiciness, but that was the only highlight. I spent $100 on one ceviche, half an order of pollo a la brasa, and one jalea. Overall, the food was underwhelming and didn’t capture the essence of authentic Peruvian cuisine. The pollo a la brasa lacked aji, and the jalea was missing the tartar sauce one would expect. Service was slow, and the drinks were just okay.
If you're ever upstate in Nyack N.Y. eat anyplace but Maura's Peruvian restaurant at 81 South Broadway!!! The service is horrible!!! The waitresses are rude if you're not Caucasian or Hispanic, you'll have to wait 45 mins to an hour for yourmeal!!! How can someone get served their meals before me, that arrived 45 mins after I arrived???? I don't recommend thisrestaurant to anyone!!!!!
If you are looking for amazing food only, this is not your place. Food was average, nothing special, but prices were on the high side. If you are looking for nice tasting drinks, you are welcome to come! I had the Passion Fruit Margarita and although glass was small, taste was big! I would go with friends to have appetizer and drinks, but I would not come back for the food.

If you find yourself in Nyack, NY, avoid Maura's Peruvian restaurant at 81 South Broadway. The service is awful, and the staff are rude unless you are Caucasian or Hispanic. I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my food, and others who arrived after me were served first. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Had brunch with my family and we enjoyed it very much. The food not only looked beautiful, but was very delicious. Sangria was not included for the groundless brunch drinks, but we were not a fan of red Sangria. Overall great experience with service and food. Thank you, you will visit again soon.

Everything was fantastic! The food was impeccable, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was wonderful throughout, and the bartender was quick and attentive with all the drinks!
