Maxfield's Pancake House

I have eaten many paintings at the Maxfield’s on brown Deer/Port washington. always reliably get plenty of good food, quickly served. the same applies here in the restaurant mayfair. this was our first visit in this place. I had the breakfast combination, the egg, hash brown, speck and sausage, plus two crepes 10.99) I have extra paid to add fruits to the crepes 1.99) this came with a small glass fresh pressed orange juice, but it has disappeared from the menu. our other job was the fried steak breakfast, which came with kartoffels, two eggs, two fried steaks with gravy and two pfancakes. they get their choice, which kind of kartoffels and which kind of supplement (can have toast instead of...

not clean and bad service. the first time yesterday. After waiting for us for a few minutes, I visited the toilets. dirrty. it was the afternoon and obviously had not visited for the day. no toilet paper and no paper towel. I gave it to the manager who picked up a command and entrusted it to a coworker. when I returned to the table with my party, no one had visited the table. after almost mins without confirmation. no hallo, no we are with them, no water on the table, not even a look up, we decided to go on. Poor Service. After entering the pretty empty restaurant we waited several minutes to get a cup of coffee from one of the bus boys. We then waited several more minutes before we decided to just leave. This was after the wait staff talking to a small group made eye contact with my son and continued to just ignore us to laugh and kid around with her friends. It has been a while since I have been here. The last time here we had to send our fruit back because it was sour and obviously spoiled. Will be hard pressed to go back, even thought we live close.

I thought this was a great breakfast for the price My wife and I shared scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and cinnamon apple pancakes.
