I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional hospitality of Jack and the management team at the Pfister Hotel recently, and I cannot praise them enough. Despite being fully booked on a bustling night, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify a mistake I made. Their dedication to providing impeccable service truly sets them apart. Stayed here on the night of our wedding. Requested champagne and rose pedals when we returned from dinner. Was told it would be a $100 dollar charge and was very excited to see what they would do with the room. Upon return, none of the requested services were done. We were not charged for the services thankfully, but you only get 1 night to be newlyweds and was upset we didn't get a more memorable experience. We received a small compensation and free breakfast for their error but in reality there is little that can be done to redeem that moment.

We stayed here over my 50th birthday with our 3 adult children. The hotel is beautiful but we felt very discriminated against at this hotel. The reverse racism was extremely awful! We were woken up at 4 am in our room by security saying we were loud. They clearly had the wrong room. We had to wake our kids up as security was kicking us out of our room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and we felt extremely unsafe during this experience with 4 Afro American gentleman banging on our door at 4 am.

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms are great. The pool and club lounge have breathtaking views. We felt very at home here for the most part.The staff is amazing outside the lobby lounge manager. The guy seems to have a serious superiority complex. The cafe staff are a bit too loud about their personal lives while talking away from customers but overall had a good experience there as well. From the moment the lady at the front desk gave me a complimentary glass of champagne, I knew I was in for a great stay! The room was so nice, the bed....unreal! I got some good sleep. Room service was exceptional! I can't wait to book another trip back asap. There aren't enough words- but the cocktail bar Blu, the steak house Mason street- all 10/10!

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant and modern with a shower so nice you don’t want to leave. The cafe breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay there again.

There were issues when we stayed here but the staff was wonderful and did everything possible to make our stay as great as it could be. Will be back! Love love love the piano bar! Rooms are beautiful appointed but just know, climate control can be an issue.

This charming historic hotel offers excellent service, and the bed linens and towels smell wonderfully fresh. The view is fantastic, making for a truly enjoyable stay.
