I had a train to catch at 5:11pm from Llantwit Major, however Mayfair wasn’t due to open until 5pm. I knew that I wouldn’t make the train, therefore I tried my luck and called them at around 4:30pm. They were so helpful!! They gave me my complete order at 4:45pm!! Absolutely elite service, the owner was very friendly. One of the staff members was also extremely nice, he spent a bit of time talking to me and made my day. ALSO THE FOOD WAS PENG. <333
Ordered my takeaway and was informed of the price, another member of the family had checked the menu. They were surprised the cost was much higher than the menu price. Checked later and found there are different menus in various locations on the internet and it seems these have not all been updated. Having said that the food was hot and tasty when it arrived.
The last 3 takeaways from here have had things wrong. Tonight we ordered vegetarian lettuce rolls and were given some tasteless filling and some lettuce leaves to 'do it yourself '! Last time we were given a meat dish when we 'd ordered vegetarian. The time before that was the wrong order too. Not exactly value for money. Won 't bother again.
First time trying this take away as we were staying at a local campsite, delivery arrived within 15 minutes and food was absolutely beautiful. The curry was very hot, but even our 11 year old enjoyed it. Salt and chilli chicken was perfect also! We will definitely order again when we come back. Lovely helpful staff. Reserva una mesa ahora
The best Chinese ive ever had. I miss Sue who owned it. When I ordered from May far you knew you'd get what you asked for. After alot of things that happened to me and losses I ended up in Barry and have still yet to find food that ever came close to Llantwits may far. Just the best
The most bland food I've ever tasted, everything from the crispy beef to the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style comes in a red gloop full of sugar and msg no other flavours present, see my picture attached red gloop
Fantastic takeout experience! The service was outstanding, as our meal was delivered to our campsite late in the evening. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

"Popped in at 2.15 pm on a quiet Friday- asked very unfriendly landlady if we could play darts- she refused saying it is only for darts team to use and that tables were booked. Only table used was no where near the dart board."
