This restaurant was very disappointing. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there were at least 15 tables piled with dirty dishes and trash. Customers had to clear their own tables at the front counter just to find a clean spot to eat. While I understand staffing challenges, prioritizing table cleaning over taking new orders is essential. Additionally, mopping the floors each night is a basic business practice that seemed neglected. The server who brought our food had a poor attitude and said she was too busy to assist with the dining area when we raised our concerns. This level of service is unacceptable.
disclaimer: i did NOT eat here! this is my experience as a third party delivery driver. the staff is friendly enough, and the lobby seems well kept. the food also smells quite nice, but i wouldn't trust that on its own. before leaving, i stopped at the loo and it smelled absolutely horrid, like a zoo. the smell of human urine hits you in the face as soon as you open the door, and though i wouldn't call the restroom itself disgusting, there was some toilet paper scattered on the floor. hoping the staff washed their hands but that really put me off. i wouldn't eat somewhere with a sub par restroom.
HORRIBLE for catering. Do not use them, go to a better sandwich shop. This is the second order that they messed up for me. I ordered 15 lunch boxes some were wraps, they told me I had to specifically ask for wraps or they put them on bread. Not sure how much more specifically I can ask for a wrap than selecting the wrap box lunch. Asked for chocolate chip cookies ended up with all sugar cookies. When I called the guy told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. Definitely will never use again for a work lunch! Go to Jimmy John?s!
This restaurant has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. The waitress with a fair complexion abruptly placed my plate on the table, then rolled her eyes and walked away when I made eye contact. When my friend requested to swap her chips, the waitress sighed and said, "What do you want?" The experience was so disappointing that I chose to visit a different location instead.

Great food, an imaginative menu, and reasonable prices. It's a significant improvement over fast food. I tried a half sandwich and half salad, both of which were fresh and made to order. I'm planning to return for dinner tonight. A helpful tip: you get a FREE DRINK the first time you use the app. For quicker service, try the app drive-thru!
The food is okay, but whenever we order takeout or delivery from this particular McAlister's, we consistently experience quality problems. For instance, when we ordered the nacho plate, the chips were flimsy, as if from the bottom of the bag, making them difficult to dip. Also, the jalapenos were missing.
The staff is friendly, but they tend to overlook requests for drink refills or takeout boxes. Don't expect to dine and leave within 30 minutes; you'll likely spend over an hour waiting for your food. This has been the slowest restaurant experience I've ever had.
The wait times exceeded 25 minutes, and I witnessed the manager yelling at the staff, who clearly lacked proper training. Overall, the restaurant is not well managed. The food was decent, but I feel sorry for the staff, aside from the manager.

It was the not so busy time of the day which made me take my time to see what was on the menu. This was my first time eating at this facility
Always fast and super nice. I had the Veggie and my coworker ordered the Sweet Chipotle Chicken!
