Mcalister's Deli

I went into McAlister’s on yesterday (7/27). This so called manager Tyshaunna was so so rude. I had my It’s Friday coupon. She claim she couldn’t see it and it was right on my screen. Next I had a happy hour coupon for a 50% off drink. She didn’t use my coupons at all. The craziest thing is…my daughter and I was first in line. After I ordered my food my daughter was next. She told my daughter to step to the side because she needed to get other people. What!! After five people order she then ask my daughter what she was ordering. Such a rude person!! I love going there but if this Tyshaunna is working there my family won’t return. I have reached out to the district manager…yet no reply.

2 coworkers and I ordered from them yesterday. All 3 orders had errors. They didn't remove items that they requested. I ordered and paid for a king club but was given a regular club. 1 error I can understand but not all 3. I'm giving 2 stars for taste. Out of sandwiches, salad, soup and nachos ordered only the soup was good, everything else was average at best. Meal type: Lunch
