So everytime, I come here, there is always a problem-a new policy, a new procedure, something that causes me to do more work. I will not be back. I am just outdone with the lack of listening skills that people who work here have. It is like ridiculous. My order is never correct. I call, they write it down, then when I come, they don't have the credit. I said don't put this on my sandwich. I made it clear, I am allergic, what's on my sandwich, what I asked NOT TO BE. What do I do, I call and tell them, they don't answer. I call and call the next day, they finally answer and promise, come on in and we remake it for you free of charge. This restaurant is a complete joke. Hopefully someone will be held accountable for this terrible experience. I have heard complaints about a staff member named Connor who was incredibly rude and unfair to other employees. He didn't even pay attention when we were placing our order and made disrespectful remarks under his breath. He also tried to blame others for his own mistakes. This mean and rude behavior has been witnessed by others as well. It remains to be seen if the company will address this issue or not. Overall, the food was rated 2 out of 5, the service was a 1 out of 5, and the atmosphere was also a 1 out of 5.

I normally don’t have any problems eating at this McAllister’s Deli by St. Claire Square Mall, but I just stopped by this past afternoon, and the manager messed up my order. I asked for my original order. The manger seemed to get really mad at me and the new girl he was training. I just thought it was totally inappropriate if I asked for a 12 inch sandwich I should be able to get 12 sandwich stuff out, yeah I didn’t like none of it made any sense. Outstanding! Gonna name drop here. Got a "whole" salad from Panera. It was less than half the size of the one I got from you. Was supposed to be an Asian salad. Had lettuce, a few slices of chicken and a drizzle of something. It was basically useless. Yours? Fabulous! Im full! Very tasty. Another horror story with Subway salads. But thats another day. I'm so happy I found this restaurant! They have a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I dined in for lunch and the price per person was between $10-$20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 4. I highly recommend trying the French Dip, Meyer Lemon Grilled Chicken, Grilled Chicken Salad, and the McAlister's Club.

I ordered a taco salad from McAlisters in Fairview today and this is what I got. No chili, no avocado, no sour cream. I called the store and they did give me a refund but that didn’t provide me lunch. Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The staff at this restaurant were delightful. The portions were very generous. The service was excellent. We dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5 out of 5.
