Mcalister's Deli - Reservar una mesa

Update: I was very impressed with McAlister's response to my review. They took care of us and made this bad situation right. I have updated the review accordingly. Do not do take out if you want to get your money’s worth! I just got home and they didn’t even give me a legit club. It was missing the middle pieces of bread and they didn’t toast it at all. They also forgot to put my chips in the bag. Also, the kids mac cheese bowls were halfway filled. My wife’s meal was sub par also. We usually eat there and we will do that from now on. I definitely deserve some money back! Please, someone from the restaurant reach out to me.

A slightly smaller feeling deli than other locations, so it can get a little cramped. Otherwise, it's a great addition to the franchise. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and can work through a line at the counter relatively quick. My choose 2 with a broccoli cheddar soup and chopped savannah salad was fantastic, and didn't break the bank.

You guys are amazing in Southlake!!! I 'm a repeat (possibly more like a potential-stalker at this McAlisters and after visiting some of the 'others ' in the area...y 'all are hands-down the best!!! Awesome service, food, and staff!!! Triple threat. : Keep up the good work guys!!!

This is becoming one of my favorite places to eat at. I love this location. Friendly and cheerful workers. I'm always in Southlake at least four or five times a month. So it's a treat to come here.
