Mcallisters Deli

We visited this location recently. We ordered a kids meal and 2 adult meals. It took almost an hour for our food to come out. The cashiers were continuously taking orders even though no food was coming out. The man running orders did nothing but set out online orders. A young lady came on shift and finally started running orders to lobby customers. Our food was cold which tells me it was probably sitting for a while. The lady who brought our food was rude. For the price of their food they need to do better.

This used to be the best place to go. Its now become run down in service. I did not get what I ordered. This is the second time. The four cheese grill had one small piece of cheese on it. I asked for black olives. It didn't even have the tomato it comes with. They are out of things constantly. We asked for steamed broccoli. We got broccoli and cheese!?!? Is that even on the menu!?!? The Shiloh MacAlisters is probably one to avoid.

The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Ordering was a breeze! Food was delivered to our table hot and fresh. At least 3 times an employee came by the table to see if we needed drink refills or anything else. I was so impressed!!

Not great, this was my four cheese melt I got without the melt part and on the wrong bread. Also did not add the tomatoes I asked for. They fixed it after we drove back, but seemed very annoyed and not apologetic at all.

The Shilo location sucks. Waited 45 mins for order, had to go back because they forgot a drink, then they gave us broccoli instead of broccoli cheese soup that we paid for. Didn't realize that until we got home.
