Mcarthur - Reserva de mesa

i feel compelled to post my first review after i dropped by McArthur's today upon seeing that they have a special offer on coffee and cake, little realising the treat i was in for. There's a spacious beer garden and when i entered the interior...is immediately striking as relatively light and colorful, spacious with cosy corners, and tastefully decorated in a fusion of unstuffy traditional and modern. The atmosphere is pleasant and easy going, friendly barman Tony quickly offered me the infamous scottish speciality of deep fried mars bar in batter as an alternative option to cake. This was promptly served with refreshingly contrasting ice cream on a plate beautifully decorated with chocolate...

This is a well done Pub...but its all some Corporate Interior Designers Dream. Not real functional seating. While we enjoyed the beers the atmosphere was lacking. It was very nice the day we were there and the outdoor area was open ,but loaded with smokers...so...we left for something more smoke free.

Visited for dinner on a weeknight. Ate outside and ordered Fish Chips and the Vegetable Pie. Menu had some traditional pub choices as well as salads and burgers. Great service. Laid back , friendly environment—order food and drinks at the bar and they will...deliver to your table.

I've been there for lunch and was surprised by the variation of food they had. Apart from that, it's everything you'd expect from an Irish Pub. Sports on several TV-Screens, traditional Irish interior and good Irish beer.

Der Vegiburger ist einfach mega lecker und von den grossen Pommes kann man nicht genug bekommen. Die Bedienung dazu sehr herzlich und motiviert.

Wäre ein tolles Pub aber in der jetzigen Situation mit denn Plexiglas Abdeckungen nicht mehr Angenehm und Heimelig .
