we like to eat at mc donalds, especially when we are on the autobahn. so on the last Friday was a stop in the grid system. Of course we have the app with the goods. poor service. Eternity waiting though only one person was before us. staff are in the kitchen and eat but before us waits 5 minutes a gas and we also wait. we had paid with 50 euro, about 27 euro and few cent has cost the food and we were given back 7.60. what is that supposed to be? "Yes, I have calculated." no apologies, just slammed burger. no longer for us
Very family-friendly, a lot of place to sit, toilets near the entrance (and you need them urgently after a long road, and not only when you order the food free babycino for children under age of (no idea what is it, because my daughter...is allergic to milk, but sounds nice), friendly staff (don't speak English, however very tolerant to bad German)
mießerables, cold eating at which the half is missing, unfreundlcihe service, but extremely expensive prices. you can only get excited. I'd rather drive a few kilometers further to Freiburg. but here it is really embarrassing to be seen.
