They don't serve milkshakes before 11 AM, which is insane but yet they sell the frapping frappe blended drink Which is the same as a shake but mocha flavored As well as caramel flavored, so what's the difference why can't they have all of everything available all times of the day like most places it's really silly, This location is 24/7 prior to the pandemic I'm not sure exactly now but even the inside is 24/7. Since pandemic The Times may be different please check before visiting late night, Also this location is freeway adjacent as well as quite busy most of the time, But has dual drive-through so cuts down on time.
I want to give a shout out to McDonald's in Stevenson Ranch. Thank you for prioritizing the safety of your customers, as well as others on the roads, by taking action when there was a drunk driver in the drive-thru last night. You reported it and waited for officers to arrive. I applaud your quick thinking and responsibility. This really resonated with me as my son-in-law was tragically killed by a drunk driver 8 months ago. In addition to your exceptional service, the food was also amazing. Thank you for going above and beyond to keep everyone safe.
This McDonald's is very conveniently located. There was a huge line in the drive thru when I was there, but we went in to order. Despite the obvious rush, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the food came out quickly. When we left, the line outside was almost gone because of how quickly the staff was working. The food quality was consisted with what you'd expect, the restaurant was clean and well laid out.
Although we don't usually eat fast food, McDonald's really satisfies our cravings at times. The playground and air conditioning provided a nice break for the kids during the heat wave. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their Happy Meals.

This McDonald's is one of the best I've visited. The play area was clean and offered a range of activities for children of all ages. The dining space was stylish and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back again.
We get to this restaurant(which we happen to go to every weekend) and we go inside and walk into a space for us to sit for or party of 3.
Remember when this place featured a "revolving" sushi bar? Ah, the memories.
