I wish I could give it no stars. I ordered my kids food at 9 it was supposed to come by DoorDash a little after 10 so about 10:50 I texted the driver and asked was there a problem he assured me the line was moving slow but he’d be to me shortly. About 10mins later he called me and said the crew members told him they didn’t have a order for me and to call the store. I continued to try and call the phone kept saying line busy. My fiancé rode to the store he noticed the drive thru was shut down so he knocked on the door where he was met by a very rude lady whom he showed the receipts and text messages to, she basically said she didn’t have that order and now the system is down and it was nothin...

first I have to order for the order. I say first of all, since I have never received the order, even after I got into the load and the confirmation email that I actually had an order ready (confirmation number (sequence). the personal has minimally tried to check that there was no order, despite my ability to deliver both an email order and to show that I have a pending transaction dated to this restaurant and the specified date, as well as the app shows that an order was placed today in this restaurant. of course, that after sufficient time I have lost the ability to deliver the code in-app, despite the other evidence of the order that exists everywhere, but seemingly in the load itself. so this mcdonalds is the closest to my home so that my son and I often visit. on a good day they are best slow. my recent visit is the reason why I never go there again. I moved with my child after a 12-hour shift and there was another vehicle on the other loudspeaker. No one came over the loudspeaker, but to say hello. Nobody took our order. after a few minutes, I'm moving to the first window. there were 3 female employees who spoke there. one of them sees me at the window and no lie. that is all they have destroyed! how. The floor in front of counter had trash, and was sticky. Waited 25 minutes after paying for food at kiosk. No apology for long wait just called number placed bag on counter and turned around. Manager had to take over fixing food as new employee of 3 days named Q wasn 't putting food out fast enough. Said employee then took over bagging food for drive through. While coming out from counter to get tea for a drive thru customer was first bumping with gloves on and cursing with a friend. Then he never changed to new gloves. Very unprofessional from beginning to end. More reason to never patronize MCd 's! Reserva una mesa ahora

this restaurant is just bad. I started a month ago working in the opposite. four or five times there. it is simply incredible how badly trained the personal is. I have an ice cream every time and every time it's completely different. a few of the times that was eating cold and stale. I have a posture of one of the workers in the window. sat in the line when four people went in front of me because this is a dual lane drive-thru and the worker on my side is not attentive or something.

Service so bad... I just wanted a soft drink. There was no one in line, but it still took 8 minutes for anyone to take our order, we ended up drinking off, she said be with you in a moment 7 minutes later... nothing. Nobody is in line, except the guy sitting behind me, keeps changing lines because he was here longer, but NO ONE took his order...this is crazy.

Keep away from this McDonald's! Every time I try to grab a quick bite from here I am reminded of how poor the service is. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no other cars in line. When I finally left I watched the manager at the first window on her phone.I will never visit this McDonald's again and it should honestly be shut down.

the first time I've been to mcdonald for a long time. the visit was not for me. I was a good samarite. the personal was irresponsible; they did not speak, greet or addressed people at the arrival. where did they do that?! what happened to the customer service at mcdonalds or has it ever existed? Although the lobby was not busy, it took a half hour to get our food. When we did get it, we were missing half the order. There was however a steady stream of door dash orders that kept the one front-line worker incredibly busy.

Food was burnt. The seating area was trashy. Slow service. I'd skip this location.
