This McDonald's is perfectly fine. Located in Union Square, it features touchscreen kiosks and seating, and ordering through the app works smoothly. The fast food menu consistently delivers the usual items. I don't understand why this location receives so much negativity. Maybe people should adjust their expectations—it's fast food, not fine dining! Some folks seem to enjoy being overly critical. Personally, I sometimes stop by for fries after a run or workout because, yes, that's just the kind of person I am. So go ahead and stay upset; the French fries taste great and aren't as salty as your tears! LOL.

Look, here is the truth: This McDonald's in this particular location near 14st Union Square, has decent food, everything is typically well made, though sometimes they forget your order. However, the issue is the staff, the staff, the same staff, >Especially a red haired lady, I believe she is the manager I am not the type to wish for someone to lose their only source of income but I do wish for her to learn mutual respect and to let go of the unnecessary negativity towards people. this Mickey Ds is a-okay. it's in Union Square, has touchscreen kiosks and seating, preordering by app works well, and serves a fast food menu with consistent results. not sure why this location gets so much hate ?adjust your expectations people?it?s fastfood not fine dining. people love being chumps on purpose. occasionally i get fries here after a run or post-working out...bcuzyeah I'm that kinda person...stay mad bc the french fries taste great and aren't as salty as your tears. LOL
getting hooked on mcd 's tall iced coffees. have had several. but the last one was AWFUL. almost white in color and cloyingly sweet. sounds like someone doubled up on the half 'n half and sugar. totally undrinkable. had to throw out. what a waste of mytime and money. can 't a robot make these drinks to prevent human error?
This McDonald's is a distinctive place to grab a good burger, and it also has a unique ambiance. During my visit, I noticed some panhandlers outside and decided to give them some spare change, which seems to be a regular occurrence. Overall, it's an interesting spot to stop for a meal!
This location was extremely overcrowded at the time of visit. Worker yelled at me when I asked if the order is ready, and then again when I asked for the source when they forgot to give me 1 with my order. Access to the restrooms was blocked by yellowtape. Definitely won't come back

Went on a Thursday night (11pm). Granted I ordered ahead, but service was a lot faster than the last time I visited this or any McDonald?s in the area. I expected to wait at least 15 minutes. I instead left within 5 minutes of arriving. PSA: It is mostdefinitely worse on weekends.
