Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

Just went through the drive through and was highly disappointed. Ordered two happy meals both with apple slices and chocolate milk. When we got to the window we were handed white milk and told they had no chocolate milk. We would have appreciated being told this when we ordered, or at least being given our choice of replacement instead of having white milk chosen for us. We were also given two of the same toy and were told it was the only one in the store. After we left we realized that we had been given fries instead of apple slices, and no sauce for our chicken nuggets.

This review is about our local McDonald's, which is conveniently located down the road. We frequently eat here because of its proximity and speed. Unfortunately, it's quite disappointing that the quality of the signature fries here has been consistently below standard. Each time we visit, the fries are soggy, cold, and taste very stale. It seems like they're really pushing the limits on how long these fries can last. Maybe it's just a bad batch, but I find it hard to believe that it's that random.

the worst service of all time. I waited for more than 45 minutes while driving through. I am on the track and was skipped twice by the child who commanded it. When I had to be that window, I asked him why they were so slow and he said they were short. I told him he didn't skip me twice and he apologized, but I don't think he was really interested. When I came to the pick-up window, there was a lady who had a drink and her hands stretched on her hair. a terrible service. I will not go back there.

I wanted to complain and possibly ask to speak to the manager, but I held back. It would be great if the staff could hold off on cleaning equipment until after closing so customers like me—who work all day—can still get what we want. I would have even offered a $5 tip for a couple of shakes. That said, I would still highly recommend this McDonald's. The staff is friendly and the food is good. Recently, I was turned away from McDonald's because they claimed to be short-staffed. The employee responded to me rudely, insisting the ordering screen was working and that I must have been doing it wrong (despite the screen actually not working). She then said she couldn’t help me because she was short-staffed! Excuse me, but I work next door, and when we're short-staffed, I take on triple the workload. As a manager, I take full responsibility for my duties.

I know this is just McDonald's, but I'm really impressed! At first, their ice cream machine was down, but I’m actually not upset about it. It’s 10:30 PM and they were quick and efficient. I haven't had a cheeseburger this good in ages! They paid attention to my custom order, were very polite, and I appreciated that they were wearing their masks properly. Great job, ladies!

This is the most jerkiest place ever that brown girl in the second window gave us dirty looks and had the worst attitude. Gave us wrong orders and practically THREW our food at us. You need too work on your staff. Never coming her again fix your rude ass costumers. I do not recommend coming here go too a different McDonald's these little teenagers need too fix them selfs.

Nasty Manger there coke machines was down so due to that they refused to give me a refill there was no notification if you buy a Coke you're not going to get a refill the manager lied to me and said it was on the door..it's 4th of July and I can't believe they would not refill my Coke that I purchased rude people with chips on their shoulders management should be fired Reserva una mesa ahora

It’s ok but whenever I order things they plan to mess it up. At the window they either forget my sauces or fries. Whenever I get a caramel frappe I ask for a medium and somehow they can’t figure out how to read that they give me a small, so then why do I bother to waste my money if they can’t give me the right size.

they are so good mcdonalds. men must understand that sometimes they are busy, by servants, etc. some people must also understand that the workers are also human and only because they work there does not mean that we costumers must be rude to them understandable.
