Refreshing experience at McDonald's. I’m not sure why Google has it listed as closed until 10:45, but we stopped by for a quick bite on our way to Smart and Final and were pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald's. The fries were hot and fresh, and the Big Mac was well-prepared and nicely presented. The staff was friendly and courteous, making the visit even better. It felt almost like a McChick-fil-A experience!
It seems that every McDonald's I visit these days serves fries with not enough salt, if any at all. Because of this, I rated them 4 stars instead of lower. It appears to be a trend across all locations, and I don't want to be overly harsh. Come on, bring back the old ways and add more salt to the fries! It was the main reason they were favored by so many over other fast-food restaurants. Without that salt, I just don't enjoy them anymore...
I stopped here for a meal since I was tired from driving back from Tahoe. I thought it would be best to grab something to eat and rest for a few hours, and I'm really glad I did. No one disturbed me while I was napping, although I suspect my two pizza snacks in the car may have helped! The staff were friendly and provided great customer service!
