This is one of the best McDonald's I've visited in a long time. It's a new neighborhood for me, and I had kind of stopped eating at McDonald's because I felt that the quality and wait times had declined at most locations in the city. They laughed at my order the entire time in the drive-thru gave me the wrong reciept had me park and wait 15 minutes to then come out and drop a whole milkshake all over the outside of my car and offered to make another. A different woman came out with a new milkshake and AGAIN dropped it INSIDE OF MY CAR. ALL OVER MY LEGS AND BETEEEN MY SEAT. DISGUISTING MCDONALDS AND I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. SHAME ON YOU. I should've called the police for damaging my clothes and car but it was 10:30 at night and I was exhausted. Just WOW. Snagged a photo after I cleaned part of it up off my legs. Typical afternoon. Ordering kiosks not working. Few tables needed cleaning. Everyone was broadcasting their conversations (with expletives) for me to hear in lobby. Not a great place and I should know as I once was an assistant manager for McDonalds backin the 70's 80's. Cold nuggets (again) and if you ask for condiments, you get like 30. I just needed 2 salt packets.

This McDonald's is absolutely awful. I don't think I've ever visited without encountering some kind of issue. Wrong orders, slow service, missing items, and confused staff—it's just a disaster! I've never experienced anything like this. I'm not sure how they are allowed to keep their franchise; the owner must be terrible and likely treats their employees poorly.
I have gone to this McDonald’s almost every day for months. Today I ordered dinner in the app and somehow it wasn’t showing in the store. I showed them a receipt from the app and even the transaction in my bank account but they wouldn’t serve me. I will never go to this location again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The dinner crew is atrocious.

The service here is consistently disappointing. It's the only restaurant in our area, and it's disheartening to see how little they seem to care.
I have to say I was surprised to see this place very clean, great customer service and food was fresh.
