Wer da eben schnell etwas Essen möchte sollte vielleicht lieber zu dem Burger King gegenüber gehen. Wir haben nach 35 Minuten Wartezeit vorne nachgefragt, wann denn unsere Bestellung fertig wäre. Als Antwort bekamen wir nur, dass das Essen bereits in Zubereitung sei. Nachdem wir unser Ärgernis kundgetan haben, geht eine Mitarbeiterin einfach lachend und kopfschüttelnd weg. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten Wartezeit kam dann eine Mitarbeiterin zu uns an den Tisch und hat unseren Kassenbon mitgenommen, um unsere Bestellung dann endlich fertig zu stellen. Ich war heute da gewesen 1 mein Hamburger royal kässe war Eis kalt darauf Hin bin ich zum Mitarbeiter und er sagte bekomme einen neuen darauf hin warte ich 15 Minuten und bin noch einmal zum Mitarbeiter und fragte nach meinem Bürger darauf hin bekam ich von dem Mitarbeiter Kevin.s eine unverschämte Antwort ob ich nicht Zeit hätte und zum 2 war der Web von meiner Frau auch eiskalt und bekamen einen 2 der ebenso kalt war und der 3 war warm aber auf einmal mit chili ungenießbar wo er selber noch fragte mit chili oder ohne wir sagten laut ohne und wurden wie ratten behandelt dieser laden hat 0 Sterne verdient nicht Empfehlenswert......!

Very disappointing. I had to wait about 40 minutes for my food, even though it was barely busy – the kitchen just wasn't making any progress. And when it finally arrived, it was the wrong food. I waited forever again. Also, the restrooms were dirty. Absolutely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. This simply shouldn't happen.
at the mcdonalds b9 koblenz, eating is always fresh, hot and the staff is friendly. also in peak hours the restaurant is clean also the remaining rooms. special items are taken over in a willing and friendly manner.
Good, clean and modern McDonalds with friendly staff. Order terminals, table service, electric car charging station (EWE Go), children's playground and a reasonable parking lot. Nothing more is needed. Always happy.
