The service at this restaurant primarily caters to drive-thru and app customers, while in-person assistance at the counter is nearly nonexistent. I've waited as long as 20 minutes just to place my order—not due to a long line, but because I felt completely ignored. I've also noticed that homeless individuals come in and fill up multiple containers with soda without any consequences. Although prices have gone up, the in-store customer service has really declined. I'm sorry to say it, but significant improvements are needed, and I doubt they will happen anytime soon.
never really open 24 hours, only when they feel like it. i get off late and was open yesterday but not today. i actively try my best to avoid this location unless it's the last resort. and every time y'all prove why y'all are the last resort.

This McDonald's on Ala Lilikoi St is the worst I've ever visited, particularly the drive-thru. They are extremely slow, and my order is often incorrect. The line is consistently long, and the employees seem poorly trained.
