The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, especially Sergio. He is a genuinely kind and generous person. While I was waiting for my order and working on my gig, he surprised me by offering an iced vanilla coffee and French fries. When I offered to pay, he insisted, “No need. I’ve got you covered.” This act of kindness reminded me that there are still good people in Los Angeles. May God bless you and your family, Sergio, as well as your team at McDonald’s. You’re a true gem, Sergio!

New kids are tying their best, I don’t understand why people don’t go easier on them when they are clearly nervous trying to do their job plus someone screaming at them doesn’t help. A little slow but I mean you get the your food at the end

I’ve never had any problems with this specific McDonald's. My order was ready as usual, and the processing time is perfectly acceptable. However, the situation for other customers waiting in line seems to be another matter.

The Big Mac was nearly perfect! They added the sauce just the way I like it, and the pickle ratio was spot on. The only downside was that it was put together a bit too quickly, as the cheese was hanging off the patty.

The phone line is broken. I can hear the staff, but they can’t hear me. I appreciate their patience as they answered my call three times. However, the manager could use some improvement!

We were really hungry, and the food tasted absolutely amazing today! The fries and nuggets were delicious!
