I'll admit I haven't been inside a McDonald's in close to 10 year's, Drive-thru only. But walking in this one was a mistake. Ok things change, I understand. But to have no one at the register taking patrons order's. Yes they're we're kiosks setup in the ordering area, but had never used one before. Thought it would be easier to just order with a person. You know, like they did in the old day's. When people actually spoke to each other instead of texting. The only person visible was the lady work the drive-thru. She looked my way several times in the 10 minutes that I stood at the register. Never saying a word to me. A simple hello I'll be right with you would have made quite the difference....

To the workers of mcdonald's at this location and others. Thank you for coming to work, busting your butts especially when short staffed, and not trying to be polite to the rudest of people. I was just at your location and saw you had a huge drive through line so I went in. I knew it might not be quicker but gets me out of my car. I used ur automatic order machine paid and walked away. Behind me came an rude lady who then ordered her things. From then-look on her face she was not going to be pleasant. Sure enough went to register to pay cash then started getting pissed. Obviously if u guys are busting ur butts doing orders, refilling food items, etc; you cant stand at the register. She becam...
Understaffed, orders must go through the kiosk.Took 5 min for fast food basic mcmuffin.Need you order number and table number.10 people came in and no welcome.Yep, all to the kiosk.So sad.Everyone is a drone. Pretty average McD’s location. Quick and efficient as most fast food places are, but this McD’s seems to mess up my order, to some extent, about 25 of the time.Ordering on the McD’s app drops this down to maybe 10 but still, if I ask for no onions, please PLEASE DON’T PUT ANY GROSS NASTY RAW ONIONS ON MY FOOD!!!!Could be better, could be worse. this situation was closed on Saturday. 5/21/22 at 10:48 o'clock. that means it's not 24 hours on Saturday. I understand that staff is hard now, so please change hours for a consistent time when they know they have employees. every time I drive here, this is Thurs-Sun, it is closed with just a few exceptions. that is unacceptable, they update the hours to reflect a consistent time.
I like this McDonald’s and think they do a good job but I wish the hours posted online reflected the hours that they’re actually open. A couple times I’ve visited between 10pm-12am and they weren’t accepting orders. If the hours posted online were correct I wouldn’t waste my time going to this location.
I rarely go to McDonald’s. Too much fat and sodium. But I do like it a lot. It’s very close to my house. Went there about 10pm on Saturday and they were closed. This has happened before. The biggest problem is that 8 out of 10 visits they’re getting the order wrong. That’s are no the only one though
I usually don't leave reviews for the fast-food places I visit, but I feel compelled to comment about the person at the second window. She is always so cheerful and beautiful! This is the second time I've seen her, and both experiences have been 110% wonderful! Reserva una mesa ahora
The service is always slow. Yesterday, when I said I needed a moment, the guy on the intercom told me he would assist the next customer and didn’t return to me until 3 or 4 cars later. I opted for the $3 package, and the service was even more disappointing.
