Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

I've visited many McDonald's locations, but this was the first time I had an employee personally handing me my order and wishing me a great day. The cashier was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. This was my first experience at the Allendale McDonald's, and it definitely won't be my last! The service was excellent, the staff were fantastic, and the food was hot! I think the employees at the Spring Lake McDonald's could really benefit from some training from the Allendale team. GO ALLENDALE McDONALD'S!!!

Visiting from out of town, almost didn't go to this location due to the reviews, but I'm glad we did. There were no issues, food was hot the order was correct. A young man with curly black hair—I'm not sure of his name—was kind enough to come to our table and check if my wife's caramel iced coffee was prepared correctly. I thought that was very considerate of him. Just to clarify, this review is for the McDonald's located on Pearl Street in Tacoma, WA, not the one in Allendale, MI.

Tried over and over to give them a chance. I always stop for breakfast when I'm running behind. I've gotten a system is down issue 5 times in the last month or so. As far as McDonald's goes this is one of the worst. Never had my order right. Always something missing or just straight up wrong. Great customer service but terrible at taking orders. Food: 1 Service: 4
