Throughout my wait, I noticed that the staff were engaged with other customers, laughing and chatting instead of working, which explained the long line. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this establishment. I believe the workers have a lot to learn about respect and equality if they hope to succeed in their careers. It's disappointing to see such behavior, and I urge others not to support a business that employs workers who display such racism. I look forward to the day when technology can replace these individuals and provide a better customer service experience.
Absolutely disgusting. We usually use the drive-thru, but my son wanted to play in the play area this time. It had been years since we visited before the pandemic, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. While the dining area seemed relatively new, everything was covered in dust and dirt. The play area was filthy, and the restroom had a gross toilet brush just sitting on the floor; everything just felt dirty. After seeing the inside, we won’t even consider using the drive-thru again. This place desperately needs new management.
The wait was about 15 minutes, which was no problem since I’m happy to wait for fresh, good food. However, they did forget one of my sandwiches, and the fries were cold. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years, and I thought I’d treat myself to something tasty, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. The drive-thru parking area has a lot of space, but there are huge craters and potholes. Come on, McDonald’s, you can do better!
I hate cold fries the added hot on top of what tasted like day old fries. Nuggets were cold. Burger taste like mystery meat was not beef. Just awful. The worst McDonald's ever the need to retrain and buy quality meat. And I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet. If you would not serve cold old fries and nuggets why would you sell them to customers. I'll never ever go back here. The staff needs better training. ASAP Reserva una mesa ahora
If I could give a 0 star I would. I have lived right by here for the past year so it’s convenient to come here for quick dinners and I have never gotten a correct order. And they are not accommodating at all when they mess orders up. I get it that sometimes mistakes are made, but every single time I come here thinking it will be different, it never is.
constantly the wrong job on the laufwerk thru. the children they rent do not do a good job. the price has risen, but the service and the quality have broken down. not worth money for her hard earned money. they can lose a mature and felge in their pots. pay attention to the huge potholes can cause real damage many huge potholes
This place is absolute DISGUSTING. Our fries were rock hard, chicken sandwich was hard and you could tell it had been reheated multiple times. Ie cream machine leaking all over the floor, a huge puddle of water in the dining room no one is cleaning up but at least they put up a caution sign?
When you order 4 large meals and pay extra for them but are given half of the correct portion. SMH They had them laying in the bag in a way I wouldn’t notice until I got home and took them out. I gave two stars because the girl at the window was very nice. Reserva una mesa ahora
