Mcdonald's - Reserva de mesa

It was late guys and I'm going to tell you what I was on my bike it was hot out and I had no idea how to work the app on my phone but knew that I had a couple great offers that I had to complete and I'll tell you what can't remember if you was a manager or not or what his name was but the guy was so good to me he's in the first window taking care of the register gosh I can't remember his name but he went all out to be great customer service he made sure I got my My rewards on my app and then some God bless him thanks my man I'm sorry I can't remember your name man it'll come to me thank you for what you do

The Long Beach location is great in the mornings. Decent breakfast, decent staff, fast service. But during lunch and dinner hours, it's a different story. They always get your order wrong, you are always requested to pull up, and if your order is correct you end up getting it cold. The lobby is always closed even though there is literally no reason. If you are looking for a good place to eat in downtown Long Beach, do not go to any fast food place. They're all as bad as McDonald's.

I ordered from the drive-thru today (12/13/22) and got a large 10-piece nugget meal with sweet tea, a small fry on the side, and a biscuit. The woman at the window gave me a medium sweet tea instead of the large I ordered, but I didn't want to argue with her since she seemed young. I did pay for the larger meal, though. When I checked my bag, I noticed my sandwich wasn't wrapped properly. Also, I only received 9 nuggets instead of 10. This has been frustrating for me.

It’s probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This is legit the fifth time I’ve left the drive-through after having been sitting in it for 15 minutes because I want breakfast to get to the front for them to tell me they won’t honor breakfast even though it just flipped two minutes past ten thirty . but had they moved at a proper pace then it wouldn’t be a problem . who sits in a drive-through for more than 15 minutes??! The atmosphere is typical of a McDonald's, but the employees here were more professional and polite than at most locations I've visited. Overall, if you're looking for a McDonald's experience, this one is worth a stop. Food rating: 3/5.

This McDonald’s right now is so busy with the closure of highway 49 at the rr tracks. So depending on the time of day if you are doing drive-through expect a wait. The service was as quick as it could be, and the food hot.

The French fries were quite thick, and while I usually enjoy McDonald's fries, this time they tasted like they had been reheated. I would rate them 3 out of 5.

I ordered 2 double quarter pound with cheese with fries and no drinks instead I got two cheese burgers and fries ? I hate fast foodFood: 4/5

I just left this mcdonalds. everything was perfect until i bit into my cheeseburger. the meat is dried out and old.
