I always go here, but this is the first time that I've ever experienced something like that. I ordered my $40 worth eating at 7:30 and the hired did not know until about 30 minutes waiting from me. she took my acknowledgement and said she would start my order. she didn't start my order and they lost the entry. So I had to tell them orally my order, which is when they started it. then they forgot two of my articles in which I had to go back and ask for them. I have tried to give them the advantage of the doubt, but I don't think I have to wait an hour for a simple order in a fast eating place. especially if they have many people in there and outside. I placed an order through the app , went to pick this up after 15 minutes . I spent close to ten minutes standing there waiting for my order to be handed to me , I tried to get the attention of an employee to let her know my order was ready , I could see this from across the counter while I was being ignored . I left without my order and missed the train because of this … please install lockers or something, the employees at this location have poor costumer service skills . Now , how do I go about getting my money back since I was never able to get my order ? Hard to believe this people think they deserve over $15 per hour smh
I appreciate that this place has been cleaned up and no longer feels like a hotspot for homelessness and drug activity. However, there is still an issue with efficiency; I ordered 20 McNuggets, and it took around 30-40 minutes to receive them. Let's get back to enjoying our meals!

The staff here are delightful and put in a lot of effort. It's frustrating to overhear complaints from some customers; the impatience seems to have increased. However, that's not the fault of the restaurant! I truly enjoy coming here.
The man dropped the small fry bags on the floor, picked them up, and used them anyway. This made me very uncomfortable. I won't be eating there again because I can't trust what else they might allow regarding food safety. Rating: 1/5.
The restaurant was quite busy, and while one of the cashiers, who had dark skin and wore glasses, was rather unpleasant and seemed annoyed, the overall experience was positive. The other cashiers handled everything impressively well.
