One of the worse McDonald's I've been too. Maybe it's because they are really the only fast food place other than Subway(if your reading this subway is way better). I used to stop every Sunday and get breakfast... It was never great but it was always edible. My last 4 breakfast biscuits were so hard you could have nailed a hammer in a board with it. So I refused to go back for breakfast. Today I went for lunch got a 20 piece and a basket of fries. I asked the girl at the window if I could get it two extra barbecue sauce he said they're in the bag. I tell her no can I get two extra she said well you're going to have to pay for them. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The hamburgers I received were raw, and the staff was very rude when I went through the drive-thru. I faced a long wait, and I’ve started to really dislike coming here. I have a family of five, including three children who are not picky eaters, so our orders are usually straightforward, but they NEVER get it right. Tonight, they actually got the order correct, but the quarter pounders were raw. Come on, Albany, you need to do better! On June 30, 2023, the service was once again the worst I could imagine. Nothing went right with my mobile order, even after waiting 30 minutes in line. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
The food at this location is normal McDonald's food. The problem that I have with this location is that 90% of the time DO NOT get your order right. Always check your order before leaving because I guarantee that you will be missing something. 9 times out of 10, I have to go back through the drive thru or inside because I'm missing multiple items or my order is completely wrong.
