Do not go to this McDonald's at night. Go to the one on South Gilmore Rd next to Meijer by 275. I live up the street from this one and all I get is a chicken nugget happy meal (I'm an autistic adult and this is easy to eat). Multiple times they have given me stale nuggets and I have to ask for hot ones. I guess the night crew doesn't throw out old food to save on food costs. If they can't get 4 nuggets and a small fry right I wouldn't trust this crew with much else.
The conversations with the staff are always enjoyable! I had an experience where the restaurant was nearly empty, and I chose to sit in the corner to enjoy my breakfast. However, a guy sat down right next to me, despite all the other available seats. He practically took up all the space, which made me uncomfortable, so I decided to leave. The food, though, was excellent: 5/5.
This location is one of the ones that has brought back the Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal, and it was just as I remembered. The hash browns were perfectly crispy and tasty, with no grease at all. A big thank you to the staff for making our breakfast this morning; everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.
I paid for dipping sauces, but they were not included in my order, even though the receipt showed that I had ordered them. The hash browns were burnt, and one even had a strange nut inside. I also requested extra sauce on my steak bagel, but there was hardly any at all. Reserva una mesa ahora
I ordered a combo meal and didn't receive my drink. I also ordered four McFlurries, and none of them were included in my order. I'm really not happy about this. This happens almost every time I order from this place!
Everything is good! I'm and curious though why this is the second time my order comes like 35 minutes early. It's not a huge deal I'm just not really hungry till later and reheated McDonald's is awful lol.
The customer service provided by the gentleman in the second window is outstanding. He is very personable and friendly, making our experience enjoyable every time!
I’m mad as hell I have to give them 1 star. Fire every employee you have. They will have you sitting in line for at least 15-20 minutes, no exaggeration. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Even when I only ordered an orange silk, the wait was still 5 minutes.
