I ordered two McChicken sandwiches, but unfortunately, I could only eat one. One of the sandwiches was so hard that I could actually tap it on the table. If I lived closer, I would have returned it. With 39 years of experience as a waitress, I understand the importance of good customer service, and this McDonald's really needs to provide better training for their staff. It’s quite disappointing! I didn’t catch the young employee’s name, but she was wearing glasses and working on the evening of March 8, 2024.
Every time we go through the drive-through, we have to pull up to another window and wait. And then we don't always get everything we order. We've had to wait almost 10 minutes.
Stopped here kind of late during a road trip. The staff was friendly, and the dining area was clean. Tryed the jalapeño burger for the first time. It was vary good.
