I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. The staff member who served me was incredibly rude. He quickly shoved my food into my hands, then slammed the door in my face. When I turned around to confront him, he had disappeared, and a girl was just staring at me. I didn't even get a chance to ask about the portion sizes, which were just for a drink and fries. After being treated that way, I was shocked that this place is still in business. I suppose with only four restaurants in Pinson, they'll always have customers, but this is the worst service I've ever encountered. I have no plans to return to McDonald's—next time I’m in town, I’ll go to Jack instead. This is definitely the worst McD...

I waited in line for about five minutes while the staff in the back were chatting and looking at their phones. When they finally took my order, it took over ten minutes for the girl to return with my cold double cheeseburger and warm fries. I'm really tired of hearing the workers say that calling the main office only slows things down further. I just wish the staff understood that work is about serving customers, as those customers keep the business running. From now on, I’ll go down the street to get what I want, rather than putting up with their slow service at McJoke.

I had to update my review today after visiting my local McDonald's. My brother ordered a mocha wrap, only to be told afterward that they were out of mocha and had substituted it with caramel. They seemed to be preparing a mocha wrap but also had a pickup area. An employee came out with a caramel wrap and insisted it was a mocha wrap. My brother noticed the difference in color and even smelled it, confirming it was just caramel. Frustrated, he left, especially since they could have offered him a different option. I'm quite disappointed with their service.

Went through the drive thru and my husband ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. He started eating it and it was dripping grease, not a messy in a good way. I took a bite and it tasted like they soaked the meat in hot garbage juice and slapped it on a bun. Paid nearly $7 for sandwich only. DISGUSTING

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom—it was the tidiest I've ever encountered in a McDonald's, which is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. The food was just like what you'd expect at any other McDonald's. The staff was exceptionally polite, even during the busy lunch rush.

Food was good, order was right, but customer service was missing. They simply push the food out of the drive through the window and not even recognize the customer. Doesn't managers train employees nowadays? At least thank you for coming back would be nice.

All employees were wearing masks, but not properly over their noses. Management's intention was to ensure that customers were protected from the virus, yet the employees only covered their chins. I found the overall situation to be quite disorganized.

I have been there 2x to get my order right and still not right and the have the nevers to say we going to get it right this 3rd time and ever give me a free pie ... Nall give a number so i can report unprofessional,loud,rude,and etc night crew

I?ve been to this location several times. It seems to be slower during lunch/dinner rush, but I?ve never had a bad breakfast here. Maybe it?s because it is right after they open? Whatever the case-breakfast is on POINT!

Service at this location could be better and more professional. Great place if you like to watch employees stand around watching you with bewildered looks on their faces.
