Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

Scam artists! Half the time when I order through the app they tell me the system timed out and my payment did not go through, even though I have a receipt and can show my card was charged. They want me to pay twice and I refuse to do it so an argumentensues. From reading the reviews it appears I 'm not the only one they try this with. This used to be my favorite location butthe after the disgusting treatment I have received I will never go back.

As a senior tries to navigate the app and the inner place of your command screen I sometimes fight as I did yesterday. A very nice young man working behind the counter saw me and came to my rescue without being asked. He was helpful and friendly and didn't let me feel like I never learned to do this myself, which was important to me and his help made my day. Also the food was delicious, fresh and hot.

Fantastic customer service, recommend this location, they deserve your support!! It was also verrrrrrrrrrrry clean and organized, you really don't know what fast food employees are going through until you worked in the industry. Congratulations on a job well done McDonald's!!

I always go to Vestavia location for lunch as I work nearby... I always order my food well-done and they do not disappoint the food is hot and the pommes are so hot and tasty. You will burn your tongue.Weg to Vestavia McDonald's keep the well made food coming

Double cheeseburger Patty#1 somewhat cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. Patty #2 was fine so we turned it into a single with cheese Wait for food was good and staff was good. Did not see the outside until we got home.
