I usually avoid posting negative reviews, but after multiple visits to this location, I've found it consistently disappointing. Despite giving it several chances, hoping they were just having an off day, I've sadly come to realize that my experiences haven't improved. My meals often arrive as if they've been sitting under a heat lamp for too long, even when I specifically request my food to be made fresh. Each time, my order has either been incorrect or missing something. Additionally, the staff has never been particularly friendly during any of my visits. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.
Avoid this place! I waited over 15 minutes in the pickup area for my mobile order. Then, when I went through the drive-thru to collect it, the staff refused to hand it over unless I went inside. I had already paid for my food, it was ready, and I was at the drive-thru — so what's the point of mobile ordering? It feels like the staff are on some weird power trip. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
Yesterday on 10/18 The workers in the morning shift (9am) denied my coupon saying the system wouldn?t recognize it, even though I showed them my items were eligible by the coupons guidelines. They were very rude about it. And today, the same exact couponand order worked down the street at the commercial blvd location. AND they didn?t add cheese to my order that I paid extra for
So I was here ordering and the young lady that works here was cursing up a storm while in her McDonald?s uniform very unprofessional and quite upsetting I had my 6 year old son with me and she really had a nasty mouth very upsetting hope themanager reads this , the young lady who was cursing loudly in the lobby her name is Tomika and she drives a navy Mitsubishi verysad Reserva una mesa ahora
I’m not sure why, but this has to be the slowest drive-thru I’ve ever experienced. I decided to give it another try tonight, and there were only two cars in front of me. After waiting nearly 30 minutes without even having my order taken, I finally gave up and went to Taco Bell instead.
Quality of McDonald's has gone down in my eyes but there is one every block so they are still convenient. If we had another option we wouldn't of stopped there. The price keeps going up for the same low quality food, not our first choice to stop there, it was the only choice.
