Beware you may receive hair in your food. We were told no one in the kitchen had that particular hair color. The hair definitely came from someone there as my sister and I have locked hair. I was never contacted back by corporate, the franchise owner or a manager at this location . I had to travel 30 minutes a week later with good faith by highway back to the location to receive a refund . Once I arrived was still told no one has hair that color waiting 20 minutes plus for a manager to refund 4.00 and some odd change. Luckily another manager was on duty and was able to expedite my refund . My smoothie wasn?t even close to being full , they should pay more attention to their portioning.
Just like any other McDonald's restaurant, there are a variety of items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (all under $10) such as: All day breakfast items Signature crafted recipes Extra Value meals Cold/hot/frozen beverages Salads $1, $2, $3 Dollar menu items Fries sides Apple pies cookies Ice cream cones There are plenty of table seating for customers and was decently clean. Both female employees who took my orders were very pleasant, and I received both of my orders in a timely manner. If you don't want to wait in line, you can use the touch screen order machines or use Uber Eats.
The place is very clean. The checkout that took our order was polite, professional, very friendly, helpful with the order and its name is Kennisha Spearman. She must be the crew manager. The only thing I saw was that the maintenance man pulled out the dining room garbage and instead of using it. Clean and damp cloth. He took a paper nap that was already in the garbage and used it to clean the garbage container and then he throws the garbage out. I use to work and manage restaurants, the procedures would not have done, that is not correct at all.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The line was long and barely moved; I stood in the same spot for 10 minutes. I just wanted a hash brown before heading to work, so I decided to go inside. However, nobody came to the register to help me or the other customers waiting in line. To top it off, the kiosks were out of order. Now I'm at work with an empty stomach, all because I just wanted one hash brown.

Fast and convenient, just what you'd expect from McDonald's. The service was dependable, particularly with the Covid-19 protocols being followed. I ordered through the drive-thru and was pleased to find a credit card terminal for chip card payments. They also had a terminal for contactless payments, which is a nice touch. The location is easy to find from Stirling Road, and accessing it is straightforward and quick.
If people were injured at this place, the staff shouldn't be laughing! My friend still mentions the incident from time to time because she's still coping with the injuries from the wet floor, yet you all found it amusing. As I write this review while on the phone with her, I'm really glad I stopped eating here years ago. It's been a long time! She should definitely be dining in healthier environments.
The burger was soaked in grease, which seems to be a common issue at McDonald's in the USA. It's disappointing because I recall the quality being better in the UK. If I had gotten this in the UK, I would have asked for a replacement or a refund. It was just awful.
The staff was incredibly rude, and they were arguing among themselves in front of customers the entire time. This behavior resulted in a delay of 25 minutes for my order. I even had to inquire about my order, which still hadn’t been prepared.

Completely disappointing! The hot cake was dry, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my meal without any explanation.
They frequently get my order wrong, so be sure to double-check.
