In today's world of rising prices and declining food quality, we've learned not to expect much from fast food anymore. Sometimes, due to our busy schedules, it's our only choice. However, we were pleasantly surprised this evening around 6:30 PM. We stopped to grab a couple of cheeseburgers and a large fry to tide us over for a very late dinner. From the moment we arrived, the service was friendly and accurate. We received the hottest fries we've ever had from a drive-thru, and the burgers were cooked just right. I recently visited a McDonald's in the Midwest and was reminded of what we've been missing at our local locations. The food there was consistently tasty and well-made. In contrast, our local McDonald's tends to be hit or miss—mostly miss—which is disappointing since it's such a convenient option for a quick meal. Sadly, cold fries, tough buns, and dry meat often take away from the overall experience. I truly hope improvements are made soon!
This McDonald's location is likely one of the worst. It's constantly a mess. When using the drive-thru, drinks are only filled about three-quarters full. They often say they're "out of ice," and there's almost always something else missing. For example, today they ran out of fries. How does a McDonald's run out of fries and ice? It seems like some employees should be replaced, and new management is definitely needed.
This McDonald's is poorly managed. They can’t even handle the simplest order at the drive-thru without asking you to pull aside and park. We live in the area, and this happens all the time. This location definitely needs new ownership.

Update: This location has gone completely downhill. The staff are rude, unprofessional and extremely slow. Avoid this location and go to the one on West Ave or Hwy 20. Friendly staff and quick service!!!
It's a typical McDonald's, but the morning crew is impressive and provides great service. Other than that, it’s just your standard McDonald's experience.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Everyone’s rude and does not care if they get your order right. Will never go back here again.
You will be waiting a while in the drive through especially in the morning time, and they constantly mess up on orders
