I visited the restaurant around 4:30 PM, and found the drive-thru line to be quite long. I decided to go inside, but the door was locked and there was no sign informing customers why. This marks my third significant issue with this location. It is advertised as being open 24 hours, but that is not the case. I've previously tried to visit at night around 10 PM, only to be told they were closed due to staffing shortages or because employees didn't show up. I completely understand that can happen, but I've also arrived at around 7 AM before work, and they weren’t open, with cones blocking the drive-thru. Service was very slow. All the young women had long fake nails. One girl with braids opened a new can of whipped cream with her mouth and told another employee that’s how they were instructed to do it. On another visit, I was eating my burger while on the way to the ER for my ankle. When I arrived and turned on the car light, I realized the burger was raw. I immediately went back, and the manager was overheard complaining to a grill staff member that this kind of mistake had happened just a day or two before. I don’t understand how it even left the grill. They only offered me a replacement meal, with no refund or compensation for the inconvenience.
I had a wonderful experience at McDonald's. The service was quick and friendly, and my order was accurate and delivered promptly. Everyone was wearing gloves and face masks, strictly following the Covid-19 safety guidelines. I highly recommend this McDonald's location to everyone looking for a reliable menu and excellent service.
This review is strictly based on the strawberry smoothie and not the issues everyone else seems to have. Most of the southern Maryland smoothies taste watered down, ie Largo, Mitchellville, Capitol heights, but the strawberry banana smoothie here tastesDELICIOUS and I hope they keep doing what they do

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This is the second time I?ve ordered Uber eats from this location and the incompetent staff just can?t seem to get a simple order correct. Twice, not once but twice I have ordered from here and I?m missing an entire order.
I would have rated this restaurant 5 stars, but the employee's unwelcoming demeanor impacted our visit. He appeared quite annoyed by our presence. On a brighter note, the fries were hot, fresh, and tasty, just like our sandwiches.
I'm not much of a McDonald's fan but I like their Mc Frappe and occasionally I'll get something from breakfast menu. A good wake me up when I need it. This location the drive thru is pretty fast. The teens are respectful.
The breakfast food was excellent. Manager Joann was incredibly friendly and generously offered to pay for my pancakes after there was an error with my order.

Food was predictably tasty as one can expect from McDonald's, but it was the delightful personality of the associate that made my experience wonderful.
This place consistently provides fast and reliable service with friendly staff. They also do a great job of serving fresh food.
