This McDonald’s is a great spot for breakfast. The dining area is very clean and not overcrowded, which makes me feel comfortable, especially during COVID. I used the self-ordering kiosk, which was easy to navigate and allowed me to customize my order. After placing my order, I was given a tent card to place on my table. I was a bit confused about the process, so I asked the cashier for clarification. He explained that the staff would bring the food to our table. I really appreciated this level of service! The burgers are delicious, and I have to mention my favorite hash browns—they're freshly cooked and perfectly crispy!
This is usually my visit to McDonald. Pamela, who works there normally Saturday and Sunday morning) is very nice to me and offers great customer service. I ask for her name whenever I order the drive thru and she remembers my order every time. It's hard to get a good customer service like these at other McDonalds I usually go to. The staff is great and also quite fast.
I wanted to share how pleasantly surprised I was by the customer service at this drive-thru. The two gentlemen I spoke with were exceptionally positive, cheerful, and polite. It's not something you encounter very often, especially in New Jersey. Kudos to the team for delivering such a great experience, and to management for keeping morale high!
The staff at this restaurant is friendly, and the service is excellent. I ordered takeout for dinner, and I found the prices to be quite reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was fantastic, earning a rating of 5 out of 5, just like the service and the atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the McChicken!

I appreciate the support shown to First Responders and Healthcare workers. I used my Firefighter ID and Badge to receive a complimentary "thank you" meal, which included a cheeseburger, fries, and coffee. It was delicious! It's wonderful to see that McDonald's supports our volunteer fire department.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was quite terrible, unfortunately, which overshadowed the otherwise good service I received. I ordered a takeout dinner priced between $20 and $30. While I would rate the food a 1 out of 5, the service deserves a much better score of 5.
