I placed an order at 17h in click and collect to be able to benefit from my winnings thanks to the monopoly games plus my points, arriving at the mcdo for 18h30 and trying to remove my order I noticed that this one was canceled, I did not receive any messages to warn me. Disappointed! We are 4 people who want to eat fast to go to the car it was very fast. Arrival 5 minutes after home I discover that there is no sauce or paper! 2 hay meal menus without fresh and cold game. My fish net. The seller without saying hello rushes to close his window quickly. We were all disappointed. We don't come back like a lot of unhappy people in poor service! Never seen this in any Mc do of our whole life!!
To go by car tonight, many people as often on Sundays, but a quick service the two ladies on a very beautiful tablet with their little greenhouse heads for the holidays my children loved, as well as the ladies with their Christmas hats is great, we will come back next Sunday hoping to see them especially the lady who took my order with the greenhouse head in shape. I highly recommend this restaurant.
This morning, passing on to the driver for the order of 2 brunch menus, the very unpleasant team has forgotten the polished formulas as well as the cold drinks of our menus, and we only had hot milk instead of a hot chocolate. Can’t reach someone on the phone and we were already too far to come back. I still put 4 stars for the speed and good performance of other teams usually.

Classic Restaurant, but at Nadia service is an excellent employee, listening and helpful and patient who found a solution to my problem, really nice to fall on helpful and conciliating people!!
