I ordered 3 sandwich meals and 1 burger on its own. When I drove around I decided to add 3 x apple pies and I paid for these on my mastercard. As my filet burger was taking longer I was asked to wait at the next window. On receipt of the food I drove off to head 4 miles home (15 minutes) Half way through my journey driving home, I parked up to the side as I thought of checking my order, as this branch is always making mistakes on my order, and then realised that the Apple pies were not in my bag and I called the branch immediately. I was shocked at the level of empathy and customer service by the female branch manager who did not have any emotion and just treated me like another complainer....
We used the drive through facility this Sunday and ordered our meal. The waitress re checked our order. We were told to park in the Bay. Over a period of 30 minutes our order was mixed up 3 times. Despite a number of employees coming out to apologies and promise to get it right they didn’t!! For all the stress and confusion one member of staff promised to refund our money and give us our meal value approx £12 on the house! Finally the manager came out to tell us our meal was on the way. We told him that his colleague was going to refund our money due to all the problems to which the manager promptly replied he wasn’t prepared to do this. Went there with the family. Ordered meal and the staff didn't bring any dips. We asked for the dips and salt and pepper and tissues and he he didn't bring any pepper and tissues. Not hygienic place. Staff are just standing and looking and when the customer look at them, they hide faces and try to pretend as if they doing something really important than customers. Can you please either train or educate your staff.
came in with my family and spent alot of money.... the food was COLD, chips cold burgers cold BROWN LETTUCE looked like the food had been prepared by infants although they would have done a better job. Checking other reviews you should be ashamed as a well known business to have such low standards and this needs looking into immediately. Your food isn't even consumable. SORT IT OUT!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Arrived at 10:59am and was still served breakfast without any fuss. Food really good the only criticism the coffee was warm, but not that drastic to return it. Toilets and wash area really clean, obviously checked regularly. Witnessed staff sterilise their hands often whilst in the store. 5 stars for this one.
Struggling for seating all booths reserved for uber etc drivers !joke ! Lady at counter really sweet but drivers constantly leaning over for there orders all us dinning in they don't care about, we spent sooooo much time waiting for our food !!!! We ordered 12 meals wish not bothered more interested in customers that are not there
I wish McDonald's in Wigston would lower the air conditioning. The food is never very warm to begin with, and with the air conditioning blowing out freezing cold air, it feels like a race against time to finish your meal. It was not a pleasant experience, and I had to take a hot bath when I got home to warm up.
This McDonald's is the worst. Save yourself the disappointment and drive a few extra miles to Fosse Park instead. They can't cook fries properly, frequently mess up orders, and forget to include sauces. It's a complete embarrassment - McDonald's should consider closing this store down.

The food at Wakes Road is cold, old, and disgusting. Cooking a burger should be simple, but the staff here can't even manage that. This place needs all the staff replaced and should be shut down.
