I used the mobile ordering app and sat down while waiting, which I really appreciate. However, when the staff member delivered our order, she didn’t greet us, say hello, or even make eye contact. First, she brought the drinks—I thanked her, wanting to set a good example for my kids about manners, but she didn’t respond. It took about five to seven minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When she finally took my order after struggling with the drive-thru, she sounded quite upset. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, and I was not prepared for the poor quality of the food I received. The fries were cold and soggy, and the Double Quarter Pounder Deluxe was overwhelming due to an excessive amount of mayonnaise. It seemed like they might have used two regular burger patties instead of two quarter-pound ones, as the patties were very thin. I've been to this McDonald’s drive-thru three times recently, and each time something was missing from our order. Just last week, my wife had to go inside to pick up an iced tea they forgot to include. Then, last weekend, they left out my son’s chicken nuggets. Today, my wife ordered a double quarter pounder for me, but when we got home and opened the box, it was just a regular quarter pounder. They really need to be more careful with orders, or they might start losing customers.

Nice upgrades on the place.. the people were nice, the food was cooked right and was actually good.. but the wait time was HORRIBLE. I even put the order on one of the kiosks set up to speed up the process.. but still waited almost 20 mins. With young hungry kids wanting to eat at a reasonable time it was not a good experience. Overall I think the sport is great, but could use some improvements in the fast-food portion of service
This McDonald's drive-thru is consistently one of the slowest and most error-prone I've ever experienced. You can wait 2-3 minutes before anyone even comes to take your order. Half the time, I end up with regular Coke instead of Diet Coke. It really seems to reflect poor management. Expect to spend about 15 minutes from the moment you enter the drive-thru line until you finally leave with your food.
I visited 3 McDonald's yesterday, which one. Two had broken latte machines which the app had a special on pumpkin lattes. But, one had a working machine. Too many miles. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
I visited McDonald's for the first time with a friend and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and I had a great time overall. I will definitely come back and plan to bring clients with me in the future.
