My daughter got this double quarter pounder at McDonald’s a couple of weeks ago. It is RAW!!! I contacted McDonald’s corporate office and they forwarded my comments to the franchise owner, multiple times before he answered. I specifically requested an email because strangers on the phone are hard to understand because I am severely hearing impaired. Today the owner called me and on top of trying to understand an unfamiliar voice, he had a thick accent and I couldn’t understand him. The food was decent, but this place used to be much more welcoming. I went through the drive-thru tonight and didn't receive any acknowledgment from either the order/payment window attendant or the person handing over the food. They both seemed indifferent and uninterested in my presence. There was no greeting, no welcoming words, no thank you, and not even a simple "Have a nice day." It felt like there was no effort at all towards customer service or engagement. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'll be looking at other options now.

Order at the kiosk and it says take a number and your food will be brought out to you. Even though there was an employee just standing at the register doing nothing (since there was no customers), tables were dirty. Finally found a clean table to sit andwait. Since my food was not brought out to me I went to the counter. Just then someone called out my number at the counter togive me a half-filled sundae cup.
Downgrading my review a second time. Food poisoning last two visits, done with this location. This location was great three years ago. Now, evertime, they skimp on everything. My large fry could easily fit in a small fry package everytime i go now. Ifeel ripped off everytime i go here now. If i get a small fry, it literally has like 5 fries. Not happy about that. Stop beingcheap skates please.

It is currently National Hot Fudge Sundae Day, so we went to McDonald's to get a hot fudge sundae. Although the ice cream machine was actually working, we still did not receive the correct order. For the second time in 3 months we received achocolate syrup sundae, rather than our hot fudge sundaes. Chocolate syrup DOES NOT equal hot fudge. So very disappointed.
It literally doesn’t matter how many times you say the word coke, you will end up with Dr.Pepper or diet coke. You’ll circle back through the drive thru to have it fixed, doesn’t matter how nice you are they’ll give you attitude like you came into the building and messed up your own order. You’ll leave, take a sip and it’ll STILL not be coke.
This is the best McDonald?s i have ever been to. I got a quaterpounder from here and it was very juicy..exceptionally lush. My boyfriend ordered a big mac and they lightly grilled the bun to procure a delish crunch. It was an out of body experience. Theservice was fast and pleasant. Thank you Longate Shopping Center McDonald?s.
Good spot. They always burn the English muffins. Sometimes forget ordered items. Notifying management resolves missing items.
