I've given this McDonald's location several chances to improve, but each visit has been worse than the last. First, the employee taking my drive-thru order was chatting with a friend instead of paying attention. After three tries, she became rude and my order was incorrect. Then, I waited five minutes in lane 1 while a car in lane 2 received immediate service. When I reached the window, I was told they were out of almost everything, except for a few items—the same items the other car had ordered. Over my last ten visits to McDonald's locations in NC, SC, and FL, I've experienced similar problems. I've gone from being a daily customer to no longer visiting at all.
I placed an order for two meals late at night when the restaurant wasn't busy, but they couldn't even fulfill my request for those two meals, nine sauces, and six nuggets. When I called to voice my complaint, all they did was wish me a nice night. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered! The incident occurred on November 17, 2020, at 1:30 AM. Someone really needs to be held accountable for this, and I'm still left questioning how they manage to operate during those hours. They didn’t even offer a refund or replacement for my order. It’s honestly quite ridiculous.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and a Happy Meal, along with two apple pies, and my total came to nearly $17. I assumed the meal included fries, but the manager informed me that my receipt didn't list any fries. I felt she could have offered me some fries since I had ordered a meal. It wasn't my fault that it wasn't processed correctly. Given the price I paid, she could have easily given me the fries.
I had a frustrating experience waiting for my food. I spent more than 10 minutes browsing the menu, trying to find something nearby. If I hadn’t been so set on ordering, I likely would have gone to a different restaurant. Additionally, the fries I received tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I stopped by McDonald's during my lunch break to try a deluxe Quarter Pounder. The tomatoes were surprisingly as large as their pickles! This time, my order was correct, which was a welcome change since I often receive incomplete or incorrect items. The McDonald's menu has some great options, but the inconsistencies can be quite frustrating.

There was no ice cream available, but they did have milkshakes; however, they didn't offer frappes. Because of this, I decided not to order anything. I did get a kids' cheeseburger, but no yogurt was included. I had to make do with the milk and settled for fries and the cheeseburger. The car was a prize.
Ordered a large iced coffee with 2 creams and what they handed me looked like milk. I understand everyone makes mistakes but the problem is the manager isnt smart enough to see theres a problem there and only knows how to press the button

10 minutes in drive through before anyone took the order. Only I car ahead of us. People where behind us and left. Puts a new meaning to fast food.
