I can't fault the food, as it was served exactly as I ordered and at the right temperature. However, I won't be returning to this restaurant because, despite its intention to create a family-friendly atmosphere, it fell far short of that. I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my 6-year-old back to a place where I witnessed the kind of behavior that I did. It was disappointing to see how some adults acted in public, especially in a setting that should be inviting for families. I truly hope that no one else has to endure such behavior while simply trying to enjoy a meal with their loved ones. I wanted to leave before I felt the need to address something inappropriate. I won't be coming back.
I waited in line for 30 minutes, only to find out that my order was incomplete. There were dogs in the restaurant, and one of them made a mess on the floor. The food appeared to be cooked in old grease. My husband, who is currently in the hospital, had requested food that wasn't included in the bag. It was a disappointing experience since I paid for items that I never received. To top it off, they didn't even have cream for the coffee. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating visit.
When people advise against using the drive-thru here, this is exactly why. Our order was incorrect, the fries were cold, and the prices were outrageous. I paid $19 for two lunches that were cold and not what we ordered. I wanted to go back, but it was during lunchtime. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the first time I've had this experience. I gave 3 stars because I do love McDonald's, but I won’t be coming back to this location. I recommend trying the one on 49th St instead.
About 45 minutes ago, the restaurant was really busy, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I used the kiosks to order and patiently waited for my food. It took a little while, but every employee apologized and was incredibly polite. I also customized my meal, and it was prepared perfectly! Everything was fresh. Normally, I choose a different McDonald's because of past experiences, but today they were fantastic! The lunch crew did an excellent job! Thank you!

I visited this restaurant twice last week, and both experiences left me disappointed. On April 27, I ordered a medium vanilla cappuccino, but it was only half full. Hoping to give them another chance, I went back on May 7 and ordered the same medium vanilla cappuccino. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold when I received it, especially since it was right before the McDonald's. Overall, I was not satisfied with either visit.
My overall experience was decent. I ordered a happy meal with a Halloween bucket through the app, and it arrived quickly. The food was warm, but not hot. However, instead of the bucket I was expecting, I received a toy without any explanation. If it weren't for my occasional craving for McDonald's fries, I probably wouldn't come back, as the food was just average.
I visit this place often because it's close to my house. I would say my experience was just okay, as I ordered a classic Egg McMuffin but received a sausage McMuffin instead. For those who might not know, the classic one comes with Canadian bacon. It seems like even the staff might be unclear about it.
The service is incredibly slow, especially after 10:00. If you visit at that time, be prepared for a long wait for your meal. Even after 10 a.m., the food is stale and disappointing. The only relatively fresh item you can expect is a Coke, but you'll still have to wait about 15 minutes for it.

I've placed a mobile order and paid online using a promo in their app. However when I got to the window somehow I owed an extra $5. Then when I look in my bag they charged me for another sandwich that I didn't even order.
