I enjoy this McDonald's; the staff here are consistently polite and professional. I don't understand why some people feel the need to treat food employees poorly. Today, on June 30, 2022, I witnessed an angry man in a red van who was so frustrated that he spat on the building as he drove in. The only downside of this McDonald's is the small parking lot, which can be tricky to navigate, especially during peak hours for both the restaurant and the traffic on Route 315.
The staff handles the situation well; they're often not very busy, yet they still manage to bring us all our food promptly, even on our first visit. I don't think many people realize that most night shift workers here seem to be young teenagers. I feel for them, especially considering how consistently busy these McDonald's locations are.
I would give this restaurant an 8 out of 10. We began with Queen Agatha, then moved on to Chritianni, who confidently made her way down the stairs. As for the food, we ordered a medium shake but received a small instead, and the fries were a bit cold. However, overall, it was a positive experience.

My brother is a big fan of McDonald's breakfast. He particularly enjoys their breakfast burritos and is a huge fan of the iced coffee. Today, he opted for a hot coffee instead. However, he's not satisfied with the customer service experience.
McDonald's is always good, but so expensive!!!! As expensive as Arbys. It is cheaper to go to BK or Taco bell or Wendys However, the updates to the Mcdonalds in Pittston are beautiful and they seem more workers than BK at the moment.
I am really frustrated because you consistently underfill your French fries. This is honestly my breaking point—I'm paying $5 for a large order and only getting a medium portion.
