Worst McDonald experience. Towed my car while I was eating inside the McDonald. At 4:30 PM my car was towed, even though my family was at the Mc Donalds (8301 Baltimore Ave, College Park) where car was parked. We have a receipt showing I ordered foodat 4:21 PM. Waited for food and was eating at 4:30 PM while my car was towed. To top it off the toeing company damaged mycar. The towing company claimed they came in the restaurant looking for car owner before towing not true. We walked out andwere alarmed to see the car missing. I visited this McDonald's today around 1:30 PM. Noticing several cars in the drive-thru, I opted to go inside to place my order. To my surprise, there was no one in line when I entered. I approached the counter and waited patiently for someone to assist me. However, it seemed I was invisible, as the staff continued with their tasks without acknowledging my presence. At no point did anyone inform me that they would be with me shortly. I was taken aback, especially since the manager was among them. The workers are very rude, and have little consideration for their customers, I made an order and in the middle she cut me off and told me she can?t add anything. Very very very rude. I am wondering how McDonald is not embarrassed about their workers andservice. Maybe they can take a few customer service lessons from Chick-fil-A. Gen X and Z will always hold you accountable foryour behaviour no matter your age. Honestly if it?s up to me I would do weekly behaviour check ins for the workers soembarrassing.
Eventually, Gaby came through and finally brought me the water I needed. All I wanted was one cup of water, and on a hot 86-degree day, it shouldn’t have taken so long to receive it. As a paying customer, I felt overlooked, and the experience was disappointing. I hope Jamie and Gaby are acknowledged for their efforts and service. If the manager has difficulty with customer interactions, it may be worth reevaluating their position in the industry. Thank you again, Jamie and Gaby, for your assistance.

Used the drive thru to grab a quick breakfast. The employee working the drive thru was Hispanic and we had a difficult time communicating. I was in a hurry and drove away without checking my order and ended up getting something different from what I ordered. You take a small gamble when you decide to eat fast food, but the woman r was so nice and friendly, I couldn't be angry. This place is just disgusting!! Its a homeless hangout! I understand people have nowhere to go, but they sit where the plug outlets are! Using the wifi or just sleeping! The customers who pay and eat there should be the first one's to the access ofthe outlets. They need to establish some type of order or rules. Get the bums out!!! Don't eat here if you plan on usingoutlets, the bums will be sleeping there or using it!!
I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me. I went inside because I hadn't received barbecue sauce and waited an additional 30 minutes to be asked what I needed. Only the manager worked the cash register and no other employeecame to assist, even after making eye contact with them. My nuggets were over cooked and fries were not cooked long enough.
Haven't been to this location in a while ,came here for dinner earlier, and the girl working in drive thru had awesome service and was very helpful. She definitely knows to go above and beyond for customer. I will definitely be back again because of her. About time this location hires great people. Came to get my daughter and myself some food. the young lady who took my order was very nice but the manger was rude I always asked for fresh fries because I know they are not always fresh. But the manger was very very rude. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Very rare to get your whole order. Drive-through is prioritized so heavily you may see 20 cars pass through before being handed your meal. Dine in not available at night. Saw an employee leave the restroom without washing his hands.
