I stopped by this McDonald's and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had at one of their locations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well-decorated, and the service was fast. The drive-thru was just as efficient and accurate. I was particularly impressed by how accommodating the staff were towards customers with disabilities. I saw one of the workers carefully unpacking food for a client who needed assistance. I'm so impressed by this restaurant that I'm writing a review, which I rarely do! I highly recommend this location to everyone, whether you're dining in or going through the drive-thru.
I was there this evening and the employee was frustrated when taking order. I didn’t get upset the wait was 16 minutes I didn’t get upset. I got to the window and the gentleman explained that he was the only employee there. He is receiving a 5 star from me because no matter how difficult the task was this evening he didn’t give up or quit! It’s ok to exercise GRACE because I’m sure a lot of us would not be able to run the drive through, the kitchen etc all alone. KUDDOS to him!
BEST McDonald's I've been to! Ricardo, the manager, was incredibly attentive and helpful. He resolved a minor issue we had and was very apologetic and professional. The staff was also fantastic, and this was the cleanest McDonald's I've seen in a long time. We will definitely return! By the way, the food was exactly as we ordered it. Thank you, Ricardo!
So I had problems that were ordered through the McDonald app. I called the customer service and they solved the problem and gave me a free meal. This is a decent location for a McDonald’s. The food was hot and fresh, the fries piping hot! I met my husband here for lunch, on his lunch break. The only thing I didn’t like was the kiosk ordering, it kept glitching, and we couldn’t use my app, no free fries. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
