I typically use the drive-thru, and this morning, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins, and a sausage cheese McMuffin. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the sausage cheese McMuffin. When they eventually replaced it, they gave me a sandwich priced at $3.20 instead of the $4.49 I had originally paid. I think they should rethink their method of having customers wait in numbered spots for their orders. If I arrive before someone else, I believe I should receive my food before them, regardless of what others might think. That’s just my perspective!
Ms. Frost truly impressed me! We were on our way to a tournament from Columbus and running a bit late, but Ms. Frost was quick on her feet and a joy to observe. She had her staff under control, everyone was working efficiently, and she did it all while remaining very polite and fast! I admire her professionalism and wanted to highlight that she's an outstanding leader. We travel often and don't always encounter friendly people — sometimes we meet those who dislike their jobs. Thank you, Ms. Frost, for brightening my day! She definitely deserves a raise... along with her entire team! 5 stars!
These are the worst fries I've ever had! I never thought it was possible for a McDonald's to mess up fries. Until now, I've always enjoyed the amazing, familiar taste of their fries at other locations. However, this place serves terrible fries – they're brown and taste stale.
If it gets too late, I have to head to the Heights for my iced coffee because they’re the only place open 24 hours. Fortunately, my jeep was all set to go! The staff is fantastic, and it’s always a pleasure to have a place that’s open all night!

I need a cup of coffee to jumpstart my workday, and I discovered a welcoming place to get some cream for my coffee. If I find myself in this area again and need a cup, I will certainly visit Norwalk Raider.
We waited around 15 minutes in the drive-thru. When you're in a rush, you typically opt for drive-thru for its convenience, but that wasn't the case this time. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's.
I ordered pancakes breakfast this morning. As I recalled, this was not the first time there's no syrup again, instead I got 3 packages of ketchup. I don't eat pancakes with ketchup!
The lid of my iced coffee was dripping with syrup, but the employee took the time to clean it up before handing it to me. Great service!

The staff is always friendly, and the service is generally fast, even when there’s a long queue.
