This place is a complete disappointment. I've been dealing with them for a year and a half. Last winter, while I was in the drive-thru, some large icicles—about two feet long—fell on my truck and shattered my windshield, leaving a dent on the roof. I've called more than 45 times, and they keep telling me that one person didn't escalate my complaint. They promise to address it, but nothing ever changes. This McDonald's lacks accountability, and my truck is still damaged.
Continual wrong things put in order. Went in and ordered 60 dollars worth of food and they forgot for the third day in a row to even have the correct mccrispy and they gave the wrong fry. Anytime you go up to the workers about the issue they seem annoyed. Will not be ordering here anymore and will be going to a different one for the future.
Food can be good but employees legit don't care at night when the owner isn't around. 1 wrong order happens but pretty much i would avoid this place in the evening. Paid for a double big Mac and twice now it's regular like come on.
