Mcdonald's - Reservar una mesa

I just came home after I had been eating from this mcdonalds and my experience was so inevitable terrible that I had to write a review asap. the pommes were literally the worst mcdonalds pommes I had ever lived in my life. I swear they had to sit there for hours. honestly like a day old. they were probably the worst pommes I've ever had. every single frit was stale and cold. it was actually infallible. also I sat on the trip through, for probably over 2 minutes to say hello before someone harassed my order. I could say they were open because people eat inside, but if it wasn't for it, I would have thought they were closed. the girl who (also) took my order, did not say hi, she was rude, and...

First of all the cashier was not friendly second of all, they were playing g on there phones or showing pics to cashier. They were standing around not doing anything. I asked for a hamburger and there was so much mustard on it and all I wanted is a regular hamburger. I also think they should wear hair nets.i will not goback there ever again

in the morning at a day that was not busy, the journey was fast the workers not rude. if they go naturally on a busy day, they will expect rude workers. they don't let them come to them, they just smile and say I hope their day will be better. I prefer to be nice and get good service then rude back and terrible service.

I was there on 4/27/22, where I ordered to eat while driving. my job was missing a fish sandwich when I came back to work. I'll call back, but no answer, so I went back and told the manager. guess what. I'm not even sorry or at all. no word. she just looked at me and get me my sandwich.
