Terrible experience with my Big Mac—it was cold and poorly assembled, as if the cook just tossed it onto the bun. They also forgot my 4-piece nuggets, and the 2 spicy chicken sandwiches I ordered were cold as well. The food was awful tonight, and I usually enjoy McDonald's. I tried calling the store several times to voice my complaints, but no one answered. I'm really disappointed, especially since this was my dinner. I got all the way home only to find that my order was completely messed up.

I saw a child, about 2-3 years old, sitting in a high chair right behind the counter while I was in the drive-thru tonight. I found that really inappropriate and unsafe. What if there was a grease or coffee spill? Children shouldn't be in fast food kitchens. Additionally, the night staff always seem rushed, and the food is rarely hot or fresh during those hours. The customer service from the nighttime employees could use improvement. However, I must say that the day staff is fantastic!

The food here is cold and takes a long time to arrive, and the staff frequently forgets your order. It feels like a quintessential late-stage capitalism establishment, with high turnover and employees who seem visibly distressed. If that sounds appealing to you, you might enjoy it—if you're American. I'm currently spending the 15 minutes I've waited to reorder my meal writing this review. If you’re not willing to compensate your employees properly, you shouldn’t be in business.

They frequently close unexpectedly and stop taking orders whenever they choose. I tried to place an order at 8:50, but they informed me that their machines were down, even though they are supposed to be open until 11. This is completely unacceptable! Reserva una mesa ahora

Breakfast is amazing here! I usually get the big breakfast or the hot cakes. Although they forget the butter, the litter and the utensils, it was still good. I had to go home to get all the stuff and utensils.
