If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I will never visit this location again. I waited in the drive through for over an hour just to be served cold food. They also tried to charge me $20 for my food when what I ordered came down to a little over 8 dollars. After arguing with the girl in the window for a few minutes to explain to her how her math didn't add up she eventually came down to $1 more than what I was supposed to pay. She also tried to argue that they did not offer the deal for the buy 1 get one for $1 when it was clearly posted on the drive through signs. I gave up and paid. I got 2 happy meals with apple slices. One of the bags had apples that were molding and a day away from expiring while the other bag was already expired. I was the one who bit into it and it was so nasty. I'm so glad I didn't give it to my kid!I was going to go in to talk to them but they aren't open to walk-ins, so I went through the drive thru. It wasn't a huge issue for me and I wasn't mad but it was nasty, but the problem I had was that they treated me like I was the problem. They offered new apples, which I gladly accepted and thanked them for. The McDonald's at this location is excellent. The staff is always friendly and smiling as they attend to customers in the store. I recently had a disagreement with a drive-thru attendant who asked me to move forward. I understand the need to keep orders moving quickly, but sometimes mistakes can happen when orders are given to the wrong car, causing confusion for everyone. I prefer not to be asked to pull forward in the drive-thru, as I may choose to leave instead.
This is yet another place that you should just throw some money to them and let them give you whatever they want. They are just going to give you whatever they want anyhow. I've been to this store four times in the last few months. They got my order right once. One time out of four. I don't order difficult. I normally order four double cheese burgers. That shouldn't be hard.

Here's an up date I was here and watched this young kid late 20s asking for someone to buy him a meal before I could get to him the **** came out telling him to leave. What happened to McDonald's helping people especially homeless kid ??? WOW I'll find this young kid hopefully and take him to taco bell or Wendy's where they will offer to pay.
the girl at the drive was clear that she didn't want to be there. she was less than pleasant. I wanted to make an order. I got food for my enkel in the cancer center and went through enough negativity. the young at the pick-up window was very pleasant, but so I was grateful for his bright smile and his friendly attitude. food: 4/5
Drive thru was crowed order wasn't right, along with bad attitude about the mistake at the window, when did McDs hire so many ppl with no manners or care how they speak to customers. Clean up your employees keep dress code clean. personal lives away from customers cell phones unattended hair safety.
Every time I have visited this restaurant, it has been bustling with activity, which is a good sign that the food is fresh. The lines move quickly so there is not too much of a wait. The customer service has always been great! I will definitely be taking pictures next time!
