I've experienced poor service here a few times, but most often the food is fresh and tasty. I really hope someone from management reads this review and ensures that the staff is changing the oil as they should. I would be inclined to give more stars if the food were better and if there were measures in place to avoid issues like the ones I experienced with the nuggets.

This morning, I visited the McDonald's drive-thru on base and received outstanding service. I hadn't been to this location in over a year because of some negative experiences, but today I encountered truly excellent customer service and it was delivered promptly. Thank you, team!
The service was terrible. I placed my order but didn’t have any change for my bill, so they decided not to give me my order as if it were my fault. McDonald's is a major corporation and should definitely have enough change available.
