I've experienced poor service here a few times, but most often the food is fresh and tasty. I really hope someone from management reads this review and ensures that the staff is changing the oil as they should. We ordered dinner for 4 via the mobile app for curbside pickup. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we did get our food, everything was cold!! But that’s not even the worst part we got home, heated up our food in the microwave and while my son was eating his food he pulled a piece of hair out of it. Absolutely disgusting. We all threw away our food after that. What a waste of $40+. Do better McDonald’s Service: Take out

I visited the McDonald's on base this morning and had a fantastic experience with the customer service. My order was spot on, and the food was served at a good temperature. It's been over a year since I last visited this location due to some unpleasant experiences, but today, everyone was extremely polite, my order was prepared quickly, and the food was just right. This morning, I visited the McDonald's drive-thru on base and received outstanding service. I hadn't been to this location in over a year because of some negative experiences, but today I encountered truly excellent customer service and it was delivered promptly. Thank you, team!

The service was terrible. I placed my order but didn’t have any change for my bill, so they decided not to give me my order as if it were my fault. McDonald's is a major corporation and should definitely have enough change available.
